Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use dating services where you live. By creating an account you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your device and credentials, and use only your own identity. You are responsible for activity under your account. Social sign-in providers may be used to authenticate you, but Tadhira remains separate from those providers.
Conduct and content
You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant Tadhira a non-exclusive licence to host, display, transform, moderate, and distribute it only for operating and promoting the Service. Do not impersonate others; harass, threaten, exploit, solicit money, publish illegal or non-consensual sexual content, expose private information, spam, or evade safety controls. The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
Moderation and safety
Tadhira may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful authorities. Verification badges reduce risk but do not guarantee a person’s identity, intentions, or safety. Use caution, keep early conversations in the app, and contact emergency services when immediate help is needed.
Subscriptions and advertising
Free accounts may see advertising. Paid features, prices, renewals, trials, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the purchase screen and Google Play or Apple terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account used to purchase them. Deleting Tadhira does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the Service and delete your account. Tadhira may act against accounts or content that breach these Terms or create safety, legal, or operational risk. See Account deletion.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. Tadhira does not perform a comprehensive background check on every member and cannot guarantee compatibility, conduct, uninterrupted availability, or outcomes. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
