Delete inside the app
- Open Tadhira and sign in.
- Tap Me, then open your profile settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@nathoryx.com from the address associated with the account. Use the subject “Tadhira account deletion request.” We will verify account ownership before processing the request and will not ask for your password.
What is deleted
The active profile, photos and ordinary community media, preferences, sessions, connected social sign-ins, push tokens, messages and matching activity are deleted or de-identified. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play or Apple.
What may be retained
Limited pseudonymous records may be retained where necessary for user safety, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal compliance, or enforcing prior account restrictions. Encrypted backup copies age out under the backup retention schedule.
